Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of telehealthseocompany.com (the “Site”), operated by Telehealth SEO Company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you become a client, our services will be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal (a “Service Agreement”). If a Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls.
1. Our services
We provide search engine optimization, content and digital marketing services to telehealth and healthcare businesses. Descriptions of our services on the Site are general. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and term of any engagement are set out in the Service Agreement.
2. Not medical, legal or regulatory advice
We are a marketing agency, not a healthcare provider, law firm or compliance consultancy. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal or regulatory advice. Where content we produce is authored or reviewed by a licensed physician, that review supports clinical accuracy, but it does not create a physician–patient relationship and does not replace your own medical, legal and regulatory review.
3. Who we work with
We work only with legitimate businesses. We do not work with companies selling research-use-only products or with businesses we reasonably believe are operating unlawfully. We may decline or end an engagement at our discretion.
4. No guaranteed results
Search rankings, traffic, AI search visibility and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitors and your own website and business. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume or revenue. Case studies and results shown on the Site reflect specific clients and circumstances, and are not typical or a promise of future results.
5. Client responsibilities
If you engage us, you are responsible for:
- Holding all licenses, registrations and certifications required to operate your business, including any LegitScript certification you need
- Ensuring the products and services you offer, and how you provide them, comply with applicable laws and regulations, including FDA, FTC, DEA, state medical board and pharmacy rules
- Reviewing and approving content before it is published, and the final accuracy of claims about your products, services, pricing and outcomes
- Providing accurate information and timely access to the systems we need
- Not sharing protected health information with us unless a Business Associate Agreement is in place
We will not knowingly create or publish content we believe to be false, misleading or unlawful.
6. Fees and payment
Prices shown on the Site are starting prices and are subject to change. Fees, payment terms, minimum terms and cancellation terms for any engagement are set out in the Service Agreement.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics and logos, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or redistribute its content without our written permission.
Ownership of deliverables created for clients is set out in the Service Agreement.
8. Confidentiality
Information you share with us during an enquiry or strategy call is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and provide our services. Confidentiality obligations for clients are set out in the Service Agreement.
9. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false information or impersonate anyone
- Submit patient or protected health information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, including through automated scraping, spam or malicious code
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability for client services is governed by the Service Agreement.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
